About Our Virtual Front Desk
Due to space limitations (and multiple locations) our Billing, Administrative and Front Desk team operate remotely from a separate office that isn’t at our Ames or Iowa City locations.
What this means for our clients:
Each of our offices house only clinicians, coaches, and clients so please do not stop by without an appointment. If you need to reach the virtual front desk you can email them at info@okerberg.com or call our office line (319) 665-2008, if no one answers, please leave a voicemail and they will return your call as soon as they can.
If you would like to become a client, you can reach out to info@okerberg.com and our front desk staff will send you our intake paperwork to get things started. You can also CLICK HERE to fill out our New Client Request Form.
Private Pay Fees & Copays are automatically run to the card on file at each visit. Deductibles will be invoiced after insurance has been processed. Clients will have 30 days to pay invoices. A past-due invoice will be automatically paid with the card on file. If you require assistance making payments, please contact our virtual front desk and our billing manager can take a payment over the phone or discuss a payment plan.
